Why we raised a Series C
The enterprise marketing stack was not built for agents. The tooling and services brands have run their marketing with for 20 years were built for a world that moved in months, not minutes. As AI agents become the biggest audience on every channel, and consumers increasingly turn to AI search, the current model is no longer viable.
A campaign that takes a week to imagine takes a quarter to ship, because every page, email, ad, post, variant, and update, has to crawl through agencies, tickets, handoffs, reviews, and tools that were built for a world that moved in monthly cycles. For decades, that was just the cost of operating at enterprise scale. Marketing leaders accepted that most of their team's time, and most of their budget, would go to the machinery of getting work out the door rather than the work itself.
The infrastructure that large organizations built their marketing operations on was never designed for the pace that AI now demands.
Today, we're announcing a $65 million Series C, led by Insight Partners alongside VMG, Madrona, and PruVen, to build on our vision for a system of work for enterprise marketing that enables marketers to move at the speed of AI. Gradial has raised over $110M in the past 16 months, a testament to the rapid growth we’ve seen across our business. Gradial’s ARR has grown by more than 10x over the past 12 months off of a substantial enterprise base. Countless brands have integrated Gradial deeply into core marketing operations and more and more marketers are using Gradial, every day, to go from brief to live in minutes.
"Businesses are entering a period of fundamental transformation as AI reshapes how consumers discover, evaluate, and engage with brands," Teddie Wardi, Managing Director at Insight Partners said. "Enterprises need a new operating model that enables them to move at AI speed and Gradial has built a category-defining platform that combines agentic execution with the infrastructure enterprises need to scale modern marketing operations. We are excited to support the company as they redefine how marketing work gets done.”
