Why Now
Enterprise marketing teams face mounting pressure to produce more content across more channels, without additional headcount or time. Legacy systems, ticket queues, and handoffs simply cannot match the pace of modern go-to-market velocity.
Gradial's AI agents are designed specifically for this challenge. They work within teams' existing systems, coordinate activities across platforms, and autonomously execute campaign tasks. This reduces bottlenecks, speeds up launches, and maximizes value from every tool in the marketing stack.
Our new leadership team will extend these capabilities to more organizations more efficiently, while maintaining our unwavering focus on customer success.
Vikas Kamran, President
Vikas has spent two decades advising CMOs and enterprise leaders on building and scaling omnichannel experiences. An early advisor to Gradial, he helped shape the platform’s architecture and vision from day one. As President, he will lead go‑to‑market strategy, customer alignment, and product roadmap acceleration.
Richard Rocca, VP of Sales, GTM
Richard joins Gradial from Adobe, where he led strategic accounts for global brands operating at massive scale. His experience with enterprise content systems and complex buying dynamics makes him a critical partner for organizations moving from manual workflows to agentic orchestration.
Chelsea Halliday, Head of Marketing
Chelsea joins from Vercel, where she helped drive developer adoption and build a category‑defining brand. At Gradial, she will lead brand and lifecycle marketing—crafting programs that fuel pipeline, deepen engagement, and amplify our differentiated position in the market.
