FUNDING

Digital marketing teams today are overwhelmed by operational requests, leaving little time for CX optimization and personalization.

We're thrilled to announce that Gradial has secured $13 million in Series A funding to accelerate our mission of revolutionizing marketing operations with AI! This milestone, led by Madrona with participation from Pruven Capital, General Advance, Outsiders Fund, and DLA Piper, brings our total funding to nearly $20 million.

The Marketing Ops Bottleneck

Marketing ops teams today face a fundamental challenge: while generative AI has dramatically accelerated content creation, content supply chain remains painfully manual. You can create all the brilliant campaigns you want, but if your content gets stuck in slow, fragmented processes for weeks, what's the point?

That's where Gradial comes in.

If you're in marketing operations, this probably sounds familiar:

  • Your team is constantly asked to do more with less
  • You're juggling fragmented tools, processes, and stakeholders
  • Leadership wants AI transformation but provides no clear roadmap
  • When campaigns hit the content supply chain, everything slows to a crawl

And here's the kicker: while everyone's focused on creating more content with AI, the processes for managing, deploying, and optimizing that content haven't evolved. The result? A massive bottleneck that makes personalization at scale nearly impossible.

Introducing Agentic Marketing Operations

We built Gradial to eliminate these bottlenecks. Our AI agents understand your brand guidelines, design systems, approval workflows, and marketing tech stack to automate the routine tasks that slow down campaign execution.

This isn't just a vision for the future—it's happening now. We've built a strong base of customers including AWS, Adobe, dentsu | Merkle, EPAM Systems, Slalom, and Infogain. These enterprise teams are seeing content deployment cycles reduced from weeks to minutes.

Daniel Knauf, Chief Technology Officer at Merkle Americas, describes it this way: "Gradial agents are revolutionary for enterprise marketing operations. They accelerate enterprise content supply chains while increasing quality and compliance... It's not just automation—it's agentic orchestration that actually understands your brand."

What's Next?

With this funding, we're doubling our team to 40 people and accelerating product development. We're not just scaling our current capabilities—we're building toward truly agentic marketing operations where AI systems autonomously manage entire workflows based on strategic objectives.

If you're struggling with marketing operations bottlenecks, we'd love to talk. Whether you're dealing with CMS authoring, web production, campaign execution, or quality assurance, our platform can help you automate the manual tasks that slow down your marketing operations.
